Input, output, and CSV

disp(value) writes and flushes one line. pause supports timed waits, interactive waits, and on/off/query session state.

CSV is UTF-8, comma-separated, headerless, and numeric. Rows must be rectangular; whitespace and a UTF-8 BOM are accepted.

Writes replace regular files atomically and reject symlink destinations. Paths are relative to the process or Studio project context. CSV is interpreter-only and depends on runtime-host filesystem access.
